The School is being administered through the collective efforts of the Governing Council and its Committees, School Administration/Management and the Academic Board etc. as indicated in the following subsections.
Governing Council
The Governing Council is the governing authority of the School responsible for the general management of the affairs of the School and in particular the control of the property and the finances of the School. It facilitates the implementation of the objectives of the School. In addition, the Council has power to make rules for the purpose of exercising any of its functions or regulating its procedure.
Governing Council Committees
The Council facilitates its work through three committees and they are:
1. Programme Planning and Education Committee (PPEC)
2. Human Resources/Development Committee (HRDC)
3. Finance and General Purpose Committee (F&GPC)
Administration/Management
The day to day administration of the School is vested in the v of the School. But he is assisted by a management team consisting of the Deputy Rector, Registrar, Bursar, Librarian and Director of Works and Services.
Academic Board
The Academic Board of the School has direct overall policy regulation on the academic programmes of the School.
